After-renovation cleaning in Minsk
Cleaning after renovation in Minsk costs 12 BYN per square metre, whatever the size of the flat. A vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter, which traps fine construction dust, is included in the price. A 45 m² flat comes to 540 BYN, a 70 m² flat to 840 BYN.
How construction dust is removed
- First the dust is vacuumed dry: the ceiling and light fittings, walls, doors and vent grilles.
- Furniture is vacuumed outside and inside: cupboards, drawers and shelves.
- Then everything is wiped with a damp cloth: window sills, skirting boards, sockets and drawer runners.
- The floor is washed last, and the specialist checks that no dust has settled again.
The order matters. Construction dust is very fine, and a wet cloth on it leaves white streaks on walls and furniture, so it is always vacuumed first.
How long it takes
It takes about 10 minutes per square metre, so 45 m² is seven and a half hours for one specialist. For a bigger flat a team comes for the same price, and each person takes their own rooms. The calculator shows the team size in advance.
What costs extra
Windows, the bath, sink and toilet, and taking out building waste are not part of this cleaning: it deals with construction dust. Windows can be added at 18 BYN per sash, that is, per framed pane. If you need the bath and toilet cleaned, book a standard clean for another day, for example the next one; for a 1-room flat it costs 142 BYN.
Paint splashes, grout and glue marks are checked at the start. The specialist tells you which ones can come off without harming the new surface and removes them during the cleaning, within the same price.
When to book
When all the work is finished: the walls are painted, the grout is done, the furniture is assembled and the bags and leftover materials are gone. If someone drills or sands after the cleaning, the dust comes back and you pay twice. Water and electricity must be on.
Travel inside the MKAD, the ring road around Minsk, is free. Saturdays, Sundays and start times from 18:00 cost 10% more.

Meet the specialist at the start and show them the paint and grout marks. Then you can leave. Later you check the photos and the task list in your order and accept the work, or mark what needs redoing at no extra cost. You have 24 hours for this.

Yes, at the same rate of 12 BYN per m². Check that water and electricity are connected first.
