Before starting, the specialist sees exactly what to clean. Each finished task is ticked off in your booking, and the booking can’t be closed with a required item skipped. You then have 24 hours to accept the work or point to the item that isn’t right, and the specialist comes back to it at no extra cost.
Flats in Belarus are counted by living rooms. A 1-room flat has one room plus a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway; a 2-room flat has two rooms, and so on. The kitchen, bathroom and hallway are already in the price.

A standard clean of a 1-room flat with one bathroom costs from 142 BYN, a deep clean from 395 BYN. The exact total depends on rooms, bathrooms and extras, and you see it before you book.
A standard clean covers dust on open surfaces, floors, the kitchen and the bathroom. A deep clean goes further: the outside of furniture, the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets, radiators, skirting boards and light fittings, plus bathroom walls and tile grout. The full list is shown in the calculator, and the specialist ticks off each item.
Not without your consent. The price from your calculation is fixed in the order. If the size or conditions turn out different, the specialist shows the difference before starting. You either approve the new scope and price, or the specialist does the original scope for the original price.
No. If you are out, you can accept the result remotely using the photos the specialist attaches to the order.
Booking is free and nothing is charged: your card is just linked to your account. When the specialist starts the job, the total is blocked on the card, and it is charged after you accept the work. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Belkart through bePaid with 3-D Secure; cash and bank transfers are not accepted.
Yes. Until the specialist marks “On my way” in the order, cancelling is free. After that and before the work starts, you pay up to 20 BYN for each specialist already on the way and 10 BYN for handling the cancellation; the rest goes back to your card. Once the work has started, you can stop it in your account and pay only for the part that was done.
No, the specialist brings them. You only need a working vacuum cleaner; if you don’t have one, the specialist brings ours for 35 BYN.
