Deep cleaning in Minsk
A deep clean of a 1-room flat in Minsk costs 395 BYN, and a 2-room flat 450 BYN. It does everything a standard clean does (dust, floors, the kitchen and the bathroom) and adds what a standard clean skips: the inside of the oven, fridge and kitchen cabinets, the cooker hood, bathroom walls and the grout between tiles.

How the price adds up
The price is the sum of the parts of your flat. The hallway costs 45 BYN, each room 55 BYN, a bathroom 95 BYN and the kitchen 200 BYN. The kitchen costs the most because it takes the most work: about two and a half hours on average.
A second bathroom adds 95 BYN and a balcony 38 BYN. Windows are priced separately at 18 BYN per sash.
In the kitchen
- The inside of the oven, microwave and fridge.
- The cooker hood with its grille, and the vent grilles.
- Cabinets inside and out, with their doors and handles.
- The wall above the worktop, the hob, worktops, sink and tap.
- Washing up the dishes left in the sink, and cleaning the bins.
- Stubborn everyday stains: grease, limescale and splashes.
In the rooms and the bathroom
In the rooms the specialist cleans doors and door frames, radiators, light fittings and the inside of wardrobes, takes cobwebs out of corners and vacuums the sofa and armchairs. Ask in your order and they will change the bed linen too.
In the bathroom they clean the walls, tiles and grout, the shower screen, the cabinets inside and out and the vent grille, and finish with a disinfectant.
How long it takes
A 1-room flat takes about six hours of work for one person. If two specialists come, the time is split between them and the price stays the same. The calculator shows how long your cleaning takes before you book.
Travel anywhere inside the MKAD, the ring road around Minsk, is free. Outside it a 45 BYN travel fee is added.
Before the specialist arrives
Empty the cupboards you want cleaned inside: the specialist cleans only the free shelves. Cleaning products come with the specialist, but you need a working vacuum cleaner. If you have none, add ours for 35 BYN.
When to choose a deep clean
Most people book one two to four times a year: before holidays, when the season changes, after tenants move out or before guests arrive. In between, a standard clean is enough; for a 1-room flat it costs 142 BYN.
On Saturdays, Sundays and for start times from 18:00 the price is 10% higher. The calculator adds this line before you book.

With one bathroom it costs 505 BYN, with two bathrooms 600 BYN. A balcony adds 38 BYN.
Are windows included?
No. Windows are added separately at 18 BYN per sash, so a window with two sashes costs 36 BYN.
Do I need to empty the cupboards?
Yes. Cupboards are cleaned inside when they are empty. Take your things out beforehand, or the specialist will clean only the free shelves.
Can I book a deep clean of just the kitchen and bathroom?
Yes. Choose a standard clean and add the deep kitchen and deep bathroom extras. The rooms and hallway then get a standard clean, and a 1-room flat comes to 345 BYN instead of 395 BYN.
