Payment and card security
You pay for the cleaning online by bank card. The amount is blocked on the card when the specialist starts work on your order and charged after you accept the work.
How payment works
- When you book, a secure bePaid payment page opens, where you link your card to your account. No money is taken at this point.
- Enter your card details. If your card supports 3-D Secure, the bank that issued it asks you to confirm, usually with a code by SMS or in the bank’s app.
- We find the specialist or team ourselves; you agreed to this when booking, so there is nothing to confirm. When the specialist starts work, the order amount is blocked on your card. A block is not yet a payment.
- After you accept the work, the blocked amount is charged in one payment. The result appears on your order page, and bePaid also sends a payment confirmation; keep it.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Belkart, the Belarusian card system. Payments are confirmed with 3-D Secure, which each card system calls by its own name: Visa Secure, Mastercard ID Check and Belkart InternetPassword.
Security
Card payments go through bePaid, a Belarusian online payment system. Its payment page meets the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard. Card data travels over the secure TLS protocol and is stored encrypted.
We never see your card number. Card details and SMS codes are entered only on the bePaid page. Don’t give them to anyone: not in a chat, not on the phone and not to our staff.
Refunds
Money goes back to the card you paid with. How fast it arrives depends on the bank that issued the card: usually 3–5 working days after we send the refund, and in rare cases up to 30 days. You can see the refund status on your order page.
Cancelling is free until the specialist marks “On my way” in your order. If you cancel later, a fee for the trip and for handling the cancellation is kept, and the rest comes back to your card.
